When starting new copywriting projects, I love to think of myself as an amateur. If I start at square one and relearn everything I know about my client, I will be able to parse out the narrative arc of their purpose and goals. I am the translator between the technical processes behind the smokescreen and the simple products the general audience sees. As a liaison between a company and its consumers, I aim to align myself with the company process, and enthusiastically guide the customer through each step.
